The Inspiration: Why I Created This Bot

I’ve always believed that the most profound insights arise when we slow down and listen—not just to our thoughts, but to our dreams, our emotions, our bodies, and the quiet inner voices we often overlook.

As a therapist who blends Jungian psychology, dream interpretation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I’ve seen how healing can come through conversation—not just with another person, but with ourselves. I wanted to create a tool that would help people initiate that conversation.

The Therapy Chat Bot is my attempt to offer a sacred mirror—one that can reflect your inner world back to you in a way that feels safe, warm, and revealing.

How I Trained the Bot
